01 · Montana Medicaid personal care

Medicaid personal care (CFCS/PCS)

If you have Montana Medicaid—or you are applying—you may qualify for in-home personal care through CFCS/PCS (formerly CFC/PAS): meals, bathing and hygiene, light housekeeping, shopping, and community activities. Meadowlark is an agency-based provider. Once the state authorizes services, we can deliver them. We do not decide eligibility. CFCS/PCS is an entitlement program: if you qualify, there is no services waitlist, though authorization still takes time.

02 · Veterans

Veterans & VA Community Care

Meadowlark participates in VA Community Care. Enrolled veterans may receive authorized in-home personal care through Community Care. Families also use private pay or Aid & Attendance. The VA decides eligibility; we deliver care once you are approved or paying privately.

Medicaid HCBS waiver

Meadowlark serves members on Montana HCBS waivers—including Big Sky, SDMI, and DD—for authorized supports such as social supervision, homemaker services, specially trained attendants, and habilitation aide help. Some waivers have wait lists. The state handles eligibility; we deliver what is on your approved plan.
